Bluebird 8227.  New Orleans/ Corrine.  The 78 grades VG with surface wear.  No chips, no cracks.  See the last 4 photos for surface condition.  Both sides play cleanly with the surface noise typical of 78's.  Both sides of this 78 can be heard at the bottom of this listing.  I have many years of experience safely shipping 78's.  Please do not send me a tutorial on how to do it.  Read the next paragraph on how I ship 78's.  If you want something different than this please do not bid.
78 RPM records cannot be shipped the same way that 45's and 33's are.  For ultimate protection they must be securely sandwiched between rigid cardboard and then wrapped heavily in bubble wrap and then put into an oversized box.  International packages cannot be insured and all risk is assumed by the buyer.  If this condition is not acceptable to you (I completely understand if you feel that way, I would too) please do not bid.  I do not recommend buyers outside of the United States bidding on 78's.
Attention International Buyers:  I now ship using the Ebay International Shipping system.  This means I ship your package to an Ebay hub and they handle the rest.  Once it arrives at the hub I'm no longer involved in the process.  Ebay sets all shipping costs and I cannot alter them.

GRADING
Near Mint or Mint Minus:  My top grade.  The record or cover will show the most minimal of wear.  The record will have top gloss.  The cover will be free from any ring wear, splits, or handwriting.
VG++ :  Not quite Near Mint but a super clean, desirable record.
VG+ :  The record or cover will show signs of wear but no significant defects.
VG  :  Obvious signs of wear but the record still has life in it.  VG does not mean beat.
VG Minus  :  The record or cover will show moderate to heavy wear.  For a common record this would not be an acceptable grade.  For an in-demand, rare record it should be considered.
Good  :  Very heavy wear.  This grade would only be acceptable if the record is rare enough that you might not see another copy available for sale or it's a rare record at a low price.
