Exceptional album as frontman by the most rhythmic jazz drummer of all-time, Elvin Jones. This is a first pressing, west coast edition from 1971. You can tell it's a west coast edition by the blue/black labels (the east coast editions were blue/white, this can be verified on just about any record collector's site). There was a later reissue in 1977 on a solid blue label. It's a fantastic album featuring a great, somewhat unheralded tenor sax player called Frank Foster. The wax is VG. It is still nice and lustrous. You'll see some wispy scuffs on both sides, nothing feelable, perfect playback is unaffected. The sleeve is also VG. Ring wear is present, as is corner/edge wear, scuffing and some light chipping. No rips or splits.
