Leoso LS-202. You Ain't Got No Soul/ Your Time To Pay. Likely the rarest title on the Leoso label out of Philadelphia. A visual grade of the 45 is VG minus with surface wear. See the last 6 photos for surface condition. In addition the grooves have a grayish appearance indicating wear. A play grade is between VG and VG+. It plays with light background hiss from the groove wear. The A-side from this 45 can be heard at the bottom of this description. I know it's tempting to wait for a higher grade 45 to turn up but this is the only copy I've seen in the last 30 years so a better one might not surface.
When the surface condition of the record needs to be seen I provide at least 1 photo. I take the photos outside on a bright sunny day. I angle the record toward the sun for the greatest visibility. No 1000 watt light bulb is as good as the sun in disclosing flaws.

GRADING
Near Mint or Mint Minus: My top grade. The record or cover will show the most minimal of wear. The record will have top gloss. The cover will be free from any ring wear, splits, or handwriting.
VG++ : Not quite Near Mint but a super clean, desirable record.
VG+ : The record or cover will show signs of wear but no significant defects.
VG : Obvious signs of wear but the record still has life in it. VG does not mean beat.
VG Minus : The record or cover will show moderate to heavy wear. For a common record this would not be an acceptable grade. For an in-demand, rare record it should be considered.
Good : Very heavy wear. This grade would only be acceptable if the record is rare enough that you might not see another copy available for sale or it's a rare record at a low price.
