We machine clean and test listen most of our vinyl records on sell in order to grade them accurately. For CDs, we try our best to provide accurate description as well, if you receive a CD which cannot play in your system, please contact us, we will try our best to make it right. 3. Bulletproof packaging, vinyl records are packed with LP mailer+bubble paper+cardboard inserts, CDs are packed with bubble envelops. Media Mail with tracking is our first shipping choice due to the low cost. Other shipping method available upon request. 4. Keep you informed. We try our best to reply to your questions, once payment is done, we will share the packaging pictures through email. 5. We ship to all US address and we also ship CDs internationally to some European countries and some Asian countries. We don't provide international shipping of vinyl records due to high risk of damage or lost. 6. We accept reasonable offers, but please no low-balls. 7.
