Produced by Buzz Fuzz under one of his many pretend Italian aliases, the original version of “Hey” is a slow bouncy tune, with hints of Ramirez. However it’s Buzzy’s Raggamix that most ravers will know, classic 1995 hardcore with the famous “cos I pull it to the left” ragga vocals (sampled from Moby).

But for me this EP is all about the B side. “L.O.V.E” is full of housey stabs and floaty chipmunk vocals, and “Foreign Affair” has an interesting combination of almost jazzy pianos and a heavy off-beat bassline. Both sounding refreshingly different to most other hardcore of the time.

Vinyl is in strong VG+ condition, very light signs of use only.
