I am the drummer of the heavy metal band "Cirith Ungol" and I have a limited number of these very, very, rare covers (only) of our first album "Frost & Fire", which was released over 40 years ago! I did the layout and design of the cover and since we released our first album on our own, I had saved a few of the covers. These measure 12 5/16" x 12 5/8" and would be perfect for replacing that old beat up cover. The colors are bright as the day it was printed and these have been stored in a dry smoke free location for over 42 years! If wanted I can get it signed by three of the original members an personalized.  I will throw in a bunch other rare items for anyone who buys one of these!  If you're a fan or collector of the band here's a rare chance to pick up one of these extremely rare and unique items! For the first five buyers I will throw in one of the original album inserts a few which I saved and are also like new!!  Note:  Some of these have a few small scratches on the backside as you can see in the photo but that's how they came from the factory. I will send out the ones in the best condition first!
Of course it features the unparalleled artwork of Michael Whelan, whose epic painting "Stormbringer" graced the cover! There's a lot of confusion about what version of our album covers was the first, but this was "it", with the catalog number #13666! I will ship these safely,  but in order to get it to the buyer safely, I will need special packaging. I am including that in the shipping price. Of course there is no album included and all sales are final. Check out my other auctions I may have some other band memorabilia from time to time.
