Red Bird 20-101.  Leader Of The Pack.  Mono.  The cover grades VG+ with light general wear.  There had been a tear on the back right above the "ri" in Shangri-Las.  It has been filled in with black marker.  See the 3rd photo.  A visual grade of the record is between VG and VG+.  It has light surface marks - still retains nice gloss.  See the last 8 photos for surface condition.  A play grade is VG++.  It plays cleanly and quietly.  This is NOT a near mint copy but it is a decent clean copy that can be enjoyed.
When the surface condition of the record needs to be seen I provide at least 1 photo.  I take the photos outside on a bright sunny day.  I angle the record toward the sun for the greatest visibility.  No 1000 watt light bulb is as good as the sun in disclosing flaws.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  The USPS created more unnecessary chaos on 7/10/2023.  Europe no longer has consistent pricing, it varies from country to country.  Finland is $3.75 more than Sweden.  Does that make sense?  No, it doesn't.  The UK, France, Germany and a few others have a lower rate.  It's not possible for me to match every country with the correct rate.  I've had to use the highest rate across the board.  If your country ends up being dramatically lower I'll refund the difference.  You can refer to USPS.com to check their rates.
GRADING
Near Mint or Mint Minus:  My top grade.  The record or cover will show the most minimal of wear.  The record will have top gloss.  The cover will be free from any ring wear, splits, or handwriting.
VG++ :  Not quite Near Mint but a super clean, desirable record.
VG+ :  The record or cover will show signs of wear but no significant defects.
VG  :  Obvious signs of wear but the record still has life in it.  VG does not mean beat.
VG Minus  :  The record or cover will show moderate to heavy wear.  For a common record this would not be an acceptable grade.  For an in-demand, rare record it should be considered.
Good  :  Very heavy wear.  This grade would only be acceptable if the record is rare enough that you might not see another copy available for sale or it's a rare record at a low price.
