No writing on sleeve. Zipper still works. Edge wear, but nothing too bad. The record is in very good to very good + condition. No deep scratches. I have brush cleaned and vinyl solution cleaned the record. Paper sleeve has a tear on the top of the opening. Please look at all pictures for condition
