Cover has general wear (mostly on the edges). Left hand edge paper is torn and lifted up a little. Inner paper sleeves are in good condition. Records are coming through the bottom of the inner paper sleeves about 4" or so. Records do have some wear and a couple scuffs but should play fine. Albums are dirty (finger prints, etc.) from being played. I don't have a record cleaner so I will leave that up to you if you desire to clean them.
