According to the runout matrix EMLP-01-A/B this is an unofficial release.
The condition is good. It does play thru without skipping, but there is surface noise throughout. Wax shows wear consistent with how it plays (markings/scuffs etc.). It’s been in storage for 20 years and could probably use a good cleaning, which may or may not help. Comes in a generic sleeve.
