In Soviet Russia, like in most of the pre-internet world, children's entertainment mainly came in three formats; state-sponsored live performances, the screen (TV, cinema), or the phonograph. To keep things lively, a wide selection of vinyl records were produced in the Soviet Union, such as this set of six (6) 33 ⅓ RPM fairy tale albums featuring the most popular children's characters!

The beginning of the plot corresponds to a fairy tale: the mother goat goes into the garden to get cabbage, strictly instructing the seven kids to lock themselves with seven locks and respond only to her voice so that “marks” do not come out. Left alone, the kids sing and dance, thereby attracting the wolf. To get inside, the wolf pretends to be a mother goat, singing a song!
