Rare White Label 12" Vinyl from Propaganda

Well this one has me stumped ! The sticker says Art Of Noise - Moments In Love on one side and Propaganda Femme Fatale & Dr Mabuse on the other..

However after playing this MINT CONDITION vinyl, it's definitely Propaganda on BOTH sides but I don't recognise the tracks. It's sung in German and it's the same song on both sides, different versions.

I've searched the internet for more info - if anyone knows more about this then please let me know!

It's in mint condition, probably only played once by myself trying to work out what it is! Haha!

Anyway, take a punt if you're a fan, maybe you know exactly what this is.

I'm guessing it's ZTT label, might not be. Might be 80s or 90s.
