RECORD: VG (strong)

NOTES: Original 1956 US release. Record plays great. I don't grade 1950's jazz any easier than a more recent record, so don't fear my VG. Cover has 3 inch corner split top right and slight shelf wear, but quite clean overall. Classic album - these Pacific Jazz cool jazz records are the best bargain in 1950's jazz. I am always a fan of albums that cover the Eden Ahbez classic "Nature Boy".

GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.

I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
