Mega rare signed vinyl first pressing version from Ben Rector. Unplayed. Opened only to get autographed. The signature did get slightly smeared from being put into the sleeve before it was completely dried. Also, upon opening, I noticed there's a small mark on the outer edge of the vinyl. It's not feelable, just a mark. I don't think it'll cause any issues whatsoever, but bid accordingly. That's why I'm starting this auction so cheap. See photos for condition and tracks.
