The Beatles The Beatles (aka White Album) UK vinyl LP pressing PMC 7067/8 - 1968
This copy is the misprinted first issue that omits the "an EMI recording" on the left hand side of each label.
The vinyl has scuffs, superficial hairlines, some light scratches and marks. It's the kind of thing where they look okay head on in so-so lighting. In bright light at multiple angles, the wear becomes more apparent, significant but not overwhelming and not particularly impactful on the sound. The one mark that seems to intrude a little starts at the end of "I'm So Tired" and goes a little into "Blackbird." It pops lightly for about a minute or so into Blackbird. Overall, the records still have decent gloss. They play VG+ the large majority of the time, mostly just a little crackle between tracks.
This is the first issue, numbered 55870. This is the top-loader style cover. The cover is aged yellow'ish, has some creasing, light marks, spotting, and splitting laminate. Comes with 4 individual portraits but this set is missing the poster / lyric sheet.
Cool first pressing misprint UK mono of Beatles White Album!
