Mega rare, signed vinyl first pressing version from Ben Rector. Unplayed. Opened only to get autographed. The signature did get slightly smeared from being put into the sleeve before it was completely dried. The sleeve has a creased corner and a couple of small dings. Very very tiny chip on the outside edge of the vinyl, that doesn't effect any play or sound at all. This is why I'm selling so cheap. Otherwise it's in great shape.
