On this play-tested 1970's stereo lp record, African singer and songwriter Miriam Makeba / Myriam Makeba performs 12 songs, three of which she wrote or co-wrote ("U. Shaka," "Malcolm X" and "I Phin Dlela"). The album was recorded live at a concert at the People's Palace in Conakry, Guinea.
The album was released on the label Editions Sylphone Conkary created by Myriam Makeba's husband, Kwame Toure, previously known as Stokely Carmichael, based in Conkary, Guinea.
Please note that the cardboard sleeve states "MONO - STEREO" but does not indicate if the lp record is monaural or stereo.
Condition
This play-tested lp record looked and sounded like a Near Mint record.
