Near Mint: The record has no obvious signs of wear.  Part of an exceptional collection, curated with care, carefully handled, and properly stored.  

Very Good Plus:  A minimal amount of storage or play wear, if present, will be superficial, difficult to see, and will not detract from sound quality. 

Very Good:   Pronounced storage wear and, maybe, a few superficial scratches are present.  There may be some noise during playback but no skips.
