Vinyl: both records look nice and clean, VG+
Sleeve: plenty of standard wear to gatefold sleeve: corner dings, creases, ring wear, etc. 10" "sleeve" is just a sheet of paper but it's in good condition with the shirt colored in which I'm not sure is common?
