Cover back and front in great condition, 3D Pop Out from Gate Fold is in Near Mint condition.

I've been collecting records for over 45 years and now I am selling some of my collection.

Vinyl Very Good Plus (VG+) Plays Excellent 

Gate Fold Sleeve Front, Back and Spine Excellent (Ex) with  

3D Pop Up Centre  - Near Mint (NM). 

Was a 3BA radio station prize with message from radio station on back of pop up.

Grading based on Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:

Vinyl >> VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+): Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. 

Sleeve Gate Fold >>  EXCELLENT (EX): slight wear and / or creasing, the sleeve may have a very slight bend in the corner or very light ring wear.

3D Pop up Centre Piece >> NEAR MINT (NM): has no creases, folds, seam splits or holes. It looks like it has only been popped out/up a couple of times.
