Original black vinyl Sub Pop 7" (SP 93). Released on 3-1-91 and limited to 4500 copies. Fold-out sleeve with Sub Pop single club perforated mail-in order form still 100% attached. Sleeve has name removal in upper left corner--no resulting damage to sleeve from this attempt. There is a 1" light crease in lower right corner and minor signs of handling. Slight yellowing at perforation of Sub Pop mail in order form inside of the sleeve (not visible in photos--but I tried). Side one of disc is NM. Side two of disc has two small surface lines that are in no way deep or serious. Autographed by Courtney Love, Eric Erlandson, and Jill Emery at Twisters, Richmond, VA 7-22-91. Courtney Love signed "I Am Courtney". Eric Erlandson added "Filth!" after his first name. Jill Emery added "Die To Live". Personally obtained autographs are guaranteed to be authentic.
