Record: VGVG (Side A has faint static with some snapping noises-gets stuck on center groove. but can still hear clearly; Side B Slight crackling, but can still hear clearly)      Labels: VG+VG+  Overall all in great condition Book: VG+VG+ (pages still crisp, a bit of dirt from age on cover) 

Considering the age of the book and record, they still are in great condition
