Jahcoozi's Robot Koch steps out for Project Mooncircle with an overweight remix 12" featuring Loops Haunt, Blue Daisy, Shlohmo, Flako, Body Language and Beat Laden. Koch's original 'Blind' feat. Grace merges wonky hiphop and dubstep inna Berlin block-party style, while Loops Haunt gives it a grimier UK swagger with darkside bass swipes, kinda picking up from where the Vex'd project left off. Blue Daisy's verion of 'While' feat. Manya is a treat too, submerging the cut in a vat of tripped out synth swirls until the beat and vocals dissolve and we're left with a smudged impressionistic blur. The cuts from Body Language and Beat Laden aren't too shabby either, both grooving with a bashment/house flavour adding a cool variety to the set. Considering there's eight tracks on this EP, the sound quality hasn't been compromised, so do check if you're into dancefloor-leaning hiphop electronics.
