The front cover has a colorful picture of a haunted castle with dracala standing on top and frankenstein in the foreground. 

The back of the cover has a large skull. 

There is also a synopsis about the record and has the titles of each side. 

If you enjoy Haunted Sound Effects, then this record will make a nice addition to your record collection or for Halloween.
