The front of the sleeve, there is a colorful picture of Santa in his sleigh with all his reindeer with Rudolph at the front. 

The back of the cover has a word to parents

Cover: VG+VG+ (Front of cover has crease from record with some surface wear. Back has a crease near the top with some surface wear) Book: VG (Some creases near the binding on the pages. Some pages have wrinkles)    Vinyl: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)   Labels: VG++VG+ (Side B has a bit of surface wear)
