Record: VGVG+(Side 1 has very slight skip 1/4 way through with surface noise, Side 2 has faint surface noise with few pops 3/4 way through, can still hear clearly on both sides)   Labels: VGVG (Some scratches on both sides which can be seen if held up to a light) Sleeve: VGVG (Someone's name is written in black in along the top front edge. Wear along the edges and corners. Some creases on the front and back)   Book: VG (Center pages have come away from the staples, still stays in book. Few pages have small creases)
