Record: VGVG (Surface noise on both sides, can still hear clearly)           Sleeve: VGVG (Crease on all sides from the record. Has wear with tear near the bottom binding edge, corners also have wear with creases. Small tear on front right edge. Some dirt on back)         Labels:  VG++VG++
