The WHO  aka the High Numbers GRAND Records pressing  NO cat. number on the label JESTER PRODUCTIONS logo on the back, JP 104 on the spine  HN-63 A b/w HN-62-B is etched in the dead-wax; this release has an unrelated track-listing on the label pressing and jacket look like they're manufactured in the US;
the Vinyl is VISUALLY Graded:  Vinyl looks VG++ to Near-Mint, very clean looking with Clean labels 
VG++ jacket with upper-left corner creasing,  shiny lamination on both sides,  the spine and seams are intact.
