The record has extremely minimal light & faint surface marks and extremely minimal light & faint paper scuffs(all bearely noticeable superficial marks). It grades excellent condition.

The Epic (Australian) company sleeve has no rips. No tears. No splits. It does have some minimal creasing and some light fading(see pictures). It grades a strong excellent condition.
