Given it's 84 years the record in in excellent-  condition with a couple of very light scratches a little very very light sleeve scuffing, there is a very very very small chip on the extreme edge "hardly worth a mention" original shine, apart from the usual age related couple of light clicks it plays exceptionally well, is in a dealers card sleeve of the period.
