It is brand new/factory mint condition and LIMITED EDITION PROMO ONLY 7" VINYL Single released by RCA and Bama Rags Records! Vinyl is in Mint Condition and sleeve is Near Mint Condition as still factory mint condition and never played! The item is not shrink-wrapped, as is how was originally packaged and produced by the manufacturer. Sleeve is graded Near Mint since as was never in shrink-wrap may have fingerprints or dust and slight wear to edges and corners of package, but nothing at all major as seen in pictures.
