I play graded this and side one is Excellent, has no issues. Side 2 looks Very Good Plus has multiple light sleeve marks which do produce some slight surface noise.  Only audible in the quieter parts.  Jacket is Excellent, has a touch of ringwear and shelfwear, corner bumps.  No stains or splits.  Paper sleeve has a 1" split on bottom.  Labels are clean.  Spine is strong.
