Surface Shipping to International countries can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
Generally shipping to other countries there is a customs charge when an item is insured for $50 or more. (this varies between country)
Shipping from Canada, although neighbours with the USA, has a different postal system.  Here in Canada it is more expensive.
