Verdi - La Battaglia di Legnano. Private recording on Robin Hood Records, RHR 520-B. Either two or three discs, we're not sure, as we've left it sealed. Case is pristine. We carefully cut a portion of shrinkwrap to examine the program, but it is otherwise intact. A very rare recording featuring Corelli, Stella, Bastianini and Gavazzeni. Recorded at La Scala, December 7, 1961.

From the collection of an obsessive collector, who owned hundreds of rare opera records that he never opened or played. We will be listing the collection over the coming months. Thanks for looking!

How we grade records:
Mint - only used for sealed records.
Near Mint - The highest grade we give to an opened record. Shows no visible signs of wear.
VG++ - Very close to near mint, with possibly some light sleeve marks.
VG+ - May show a few signs of wear and play with light surface noise at a few portions.
We do not sell records with a rating lower than VG+.

How we grade covers:
NM - Generally the highest grade we ever grade a cover. This would be a sealed copy with a minimal amount of normal shelfwear and no obvious flaws.
VG+ - A cover that has been well cared for and only shows slight signs of normal wear.
VG - A decent cover that may have a couple small flaws - a small partial tear to a seam, heavier ringwear, etc.
G+ - A cover with some obvious flaws. We will mention them in the listing.
