I am not very familiar with grading records. I have not played these, only inspected them visually. I do know that they were well taken care of by the owner. I would grade them at VG to VG+ and that may be an under grading because they look great. The sleeves are in ok condition with a little wear.
Notes on condition: The Extra Texture sleeve is torn between the T and E in Texture.
