The record has extremely minimal light/faint surface marks/paper scuffs(all barely noticeable hairline/superficial marks!). Both labels are clean and have the very faintest of spindle marks. Looks barely played. It grades near mint condition.

The sleeve has extremely minimal edge wear. Extremely minimal corner wear. Some minor ring wear/rubbing marks(more on the back cover). No splits. No tears. It grades excellent  condition.
