One owner from new ,I bought the album in 1975 and has been looked after well.
Matrix numbers are A1 B4 C1D1 which may mean this is a very early press. Vinyl is in good condition, there are a few hairline marks mainly on side four and overall both records grade as an EX. Please see my feedback for strict grading. The album plays perfect on all sides.
Album sleeves are clean apart from a little edge wear on one of them. White inner sleeve is perfect with no wear what so ever.
Album cover is good with only 1cm of wear at the top of each side, spine is perfect. There are two small pieces of sellotape on the top right hand side and the bottom one has a tiny rip please see picture.
I have described and graded the album to my strict standards describing both vinyl and sleeve thoroughly. Over all a good clean example of this legendary Led zeppelin album.
Grading System
Where a + or - follows a grading, it means the item is slightly better or worse than the official grade.
Mint = sleeve/cover and any extra items are in perfect condition.
Vinyl is brand new or in perfect condition.
Near Mint = sleeve/cover is nice and new looking with very slight signs of wear,
Vinyl has some very slight surface marks, but with no lessening in sound quality.
EX = sleeve/cover has some slight wear, and is still in nice collectible condition.
Vinyl very clean, only light surface marks which will not distract significantly from the sound
VG = sleeve/cover may have medium overall wear.
Vinyl played often with moderate surface wear, may have some light ticks & pop's - still plays well.
