Very rare copy of the classic 1970 Beatles album box set Let It Be.
The first pressed labels have the small "p" next to the publishing year, only on the first copies, 2nd presses onward have the large P
The LP sleeve is the export PPSC 7096 one with the apple logo replaced by the Parlophone symbol.
Side 1 - matrix - YEX 773-3U
Side 2 - matrix - YEX 773-2U
The thick let it be book is housed in the original card cut out which in turn slips into the Garrod & Lofthouse fully laminated slip sleeve, no catalogue number printed.
Visually the vinyl grades VG, just some light marks visible, minor, and retains a good sheen, no dulling.
The labels are have minimal visible spindle skate and are very clean, no marks or writing.
On play, both sides play VG/EX, with no discernible noise - just a little light occasional crackling and the odd light pop. There are just three or four ticks on track 1, side 1.
No skips, heavy clicks or clunks!!
The LP sleeve is generally in EX condition, just some light laminate creases and light wear only. The spine is in great order.
The book was s also in EX condition, some small folds on the last few pages, bottom corner, minor otherwise really nice condition.
The card holder is in VG condition - no major wear and no damage to the perforations. The secondary housing cover does have some wear as pictured to the flaps and edges.
The outer slip sleeve has some light wear and light laminate creases and is in VG condition.
