Record: VG+VG (Side 1 has faint surface noise, Side 2 has surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides) Labels: VG++VG+ (Side 2 has a tiny bit of wear around the center hole)    Sleeve: VGVG+ (Bit of wear along top edge and corners. Surface wear on front)
