Paypal is our preferred payment method for shipping orders.    If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still complete the transaction using Paypal with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. If you are a new user, Paypal is easier than you might think.    Please pay via eBay checkout. You will receive an email from eBay after you win the auction. Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction's end.     Items left unpaid for more than 3 days are eligible to be re-listed or have an unpaid item claim filed.

Orders are shipped within 1 business days of receiving cleared payment.  You will be sent an email once your order has been shipped.

Insurance for full purchase price included with purchase.

Tracking number will be emailed to you by Canada Post or UPS and uploaded to eBay.  Items shipped by letter-mail such as some DVD's, video games, or jewelry do not get a tracking number.

Estimated transit time for CANADA/USA: 3 - 9 business days.

Canada Post will provide a presentation of all items to the exchange office in the destination country. Issues related to duties and admissions will be the responsibility of the addressee (importer of record)

All orders shipped to Canadian addresses will be charged GST or HST. We charge HST to all provinces that collect HST. For other provinces, we charge GST only. Our HST number is available upon request.    There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Canada.    For our US and International customers, please note that your order may also be subject to custom duties, brokerage or import charges.  These are your responsibility as a buyer.  If you are not in Canada, please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding.   We do not mark items as gifts or undervalue items on government forms. Customs forms will reflect the true nature of the goods purchased and at the value sold.   Our customer's satisfaction is our top priority. In the event you experience any problems with your order, please contact us prior to leaving a negative or neutral feedback and we'll be sure to offer a speedy resolution to any issues that may arise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the item. If required, return the item to us within 14 days of receiving the item.   If it is necessary to return the product, a refund will be issued once the item is received back to us in the condition in which it was received by you.   All returns MUST have prior authorization via email from our customer service staff.
