Record condition: MINT (assumed; it's sealed)
Sleeve: VG+ (shrink is taut and in great shape; there is mild shelf wear and two-inch seam split as you can see in the pic)

Our records are shipped professionally in a sturdy cardboard record mailer. Each LP will be placed outside the outer sleeve. Often times, we will place the record in a plain white inner sleeve to preserve the original inner.
