US Shipping

We include insurance and tracking on all domestic US Packages.

We will use one of the big 3 shipping services USPS, UPS or FedEx for all domestic US shipments. We will ship your order with the carrier that has the fastest and most cost effective service available. Most shipping service transit times are 3-6 business days or sooner and all services include insurance and tracking. Feel free to contact us for additional inquiries on our shipping terms. All returns must be shipped back with a tracking number within 30 days. All returns must be returned in new, unopened condition. Unfortunately we cannot pay the return shipping cost on items so if there is any additional information or pictures that you are interested in then please let us know and we will be more than happy to help! If we make a mistake then we will be more than happy to refund the shipping cost. All items we sell are insured against loss/damage to an item while in transit and a proper claim may be filed with proof if necessary to insure a full refund.   We are more than happy to ship to APO/FPO, P.O. International Shipping

We include insurance on all USPS First Class International Packages. First Class International Service does not include International Tracking. USPS First Class International transit time is generally 8-12 business however we are not responsible if an item gets delayed in customs. We include Insurance and Tracking on all USPS Priority Mail International Packages. Priority Mail International Service transit time is generally 8-12 business however we are not responsible if an item gets delayed in customs. We only use USPS First Class with insurance or USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking shipping service for international orders. Feel free to e-mail us if you are interested in a Express Mail International quote (3-5 Business Days with Insurance, Tracking and Signature Confirmation) this is a premium service at a premium price. We are always willing to combine shipping on International orders so feel free to contact us if you would like a quote. All returns are handled similar to US Domestic returns and must be shipped back with a tracking number within 30 days.
