Vinyl is in VG+ Condition nice and smart with minimal wear. Plays great. Matrix A-1 / B-2 (early press) comes in its original printed inner sleeve which is VG- condition has slight water damage and ageing/stains both sides. Has the upside down text. 
Cover is again VG- the front has stains and water damage. Plus a few small rips across the front.
