Sleeve: very good - does have wear on edges and small stains - see photos

Records - excellent minus - very light marks 

Other: inner - excellent minus - light wear

I base my grading on The Record Collectors guide

I do not have a professional record cleaner, I would always recommend all records are cleaned before use
