This album was recorded live at The Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on December 14 & 15, 1976.  Ry Cooder, guitars and vocals, is backed by Flaco Jimenez, accordion; Isaac Garcia, drums; Henry "Big Red" Ojeda, bass; Jesse Ponce, bajo sexto; Frank Villarreal and Pat Rizzo, alto sax; Milto Holland, percussion.
