Limited 2013 repress released on 180 gram black vinyl and presented within an old-style tip-on glossy gatefold jacket with black die-cut generic inner sleeves and MP3 download code. - "The unbelievably good Cinematic Orchestra composed soundtrack to the 1929 experimental documentary silent film by Dziga Vertov 'Man With A Movie Camara'. The soundtrack finds Swinscoe and crew at their very best. As on the ten minute plus 'The Awakening Of A Woman (Burnout)' sweeping strings, beautiful melodies layed down by John Ellis on rhodes piano and hammond organ. 'Drunken Tune' has Phil France laying down basslines comparable to Paul Chambers work on Miles Davis' 'All Blues' with Kid Koalaesque scratching by P.C. and more killer keys from the man Ellis. Three wonderful arrangements on The Art Ensemble's classic 'Theme De Yoyo' kick as well. Seventeen tracks in total..."
