This is the MONO version of this very rare LP released on the Mala label by Bell records in 1966. This is the famed surf rock group that released mega hit G.T.O. in 1964. Sandy is a rock-pop album that featured the single hit "Sandy".

The vinyl is in exceptional condition and warrants a rating of VG++ or EX for its condition and sound. No surface noise on this gem which produces an excellent listening experience. This rarity reflects an $80 value for NM condition in the Goldmine Price Guide (6th edition). The jacket does have a punch whole in lower left corner and in the original generic inner sleeve which is included (no seam splits). The jacket shows some light ring wear and storage marks on the front cover and some wear and cracking on the seams and corner softening (including half inch split at top seam where record is inserted. Nonetheless the cover is still a nice enough  that could frame up well if one is so inclined. The back cover is clean overall and completely legible with no added markings. It reflects liner notes by Bill Justis and Irv Lichtman then editor in chief of CASH BOX Magazine. This cover rates an overall VG to VG+ as to condition.

A new slip on quality slip on cover is included to protect this gem another 49 years and then some. For protection during shipment the vinyl is separated from outer jacket and both wrapped with ample bubble wrap and shipped in a heavy duty cardboard record mailer. There is never an additional charge for packing.
