The record has hardly any marks. Just extremely minimal light/faint surface marks/paper scuffs(all barely noticeable hairline/superficial marks!). Both labels are clean and have minimal spindle marks. It grades near mint condition.

The textured sleeve has no edge wear. No corner wear. Crisp corners. Extremely minimal light ring wear/rubbing marks(barely noticeable). No creases.  No splits. No tears. It grades near mint condition.
