This is an original 1994 first pressing made in the United States by Columbia Records. This promotional single was issued with a custom promotional picture sleeve and was pressed using a beautiful transparent cherry red vinyl. The disc has five tracks in total and features four non-LP mixes of the title track.

The custom promotional jacket is in near mint condition. The four corners are all square. The top and bottom seams are free of wear or splitting. The spine is straight and is almost wear free with a couple of small marks. The disc that was issued with a plain white inner sleeve is in near mint never played condition. The labels are in mint condition.
