Some light brown stains on front & back cover and OBI (see pics). 

Vinyl : M-   NO hairlines or scuffs visible, actually plays really fantastic NM throughout both sides! 



Grading is basically by visual inspection, but being a long-time record collector, I've gotten pretty good at it.
I will mention honestly if I play graded, which I do if it seems necessary.
